Tai Chi - Every Wednesday

Location: Pleasley Landmark Centre, Chesterfield Rd N, Pleasley, Mansfield, NG19 7SP.

Time: 7pm to 8pm

Duration: 1 Hour

Price: £8 Per Session.

Class Overview:

Introductory class to Tai Chi, more experienced participants welcome to attend. Class is for an hour, where instruction is given regarding Tai Chi form. Additional instruction in Qi Gong is provided in the last 15 minutes.
